Anybody else getting icebox a ton lately in their map rotation?

I've been constantly getting icebox in my comp games. I got it 4 matches in a row and even a 5th till a team mate had fortunately dodged. I got off after that one.

Am I just unlucky or has riot been pushing icebox lately?

They definitely give you the worst gun skins in the item shop on purpose.

Been playing this game for a few months. I swear every single night the guns in the item shop are the least used guns and occasionally i'll get a good gun with a shitty skin. They must be doing this on purpose so that when a good skin come...

Japanese voice actors?

Curious as to who the Japanese voice actors for the agents are, couldn't find anything on it. A lot of the Japanese voice actors sound familiar, so I'm curious to see if they voiced any other characters I know.
