I am definitely not a great player, but since the last act I've been usually team MVP and the opponent team has ALWAYS players of higher rank. I am silver I, my current win % is 41% (wtf) and the opponent team is always stronger, when talking about ranks (golds). I am the only one experiencing this?

How to recover from a loss streak?
I currently have a loss streak of 10. I straight up got deranked from Gold 1 to Silver 2.
How can I regain a good mental state because right now I‘m broken.
I don‘t know how to recover from this.
