Anyone ever realize why some games they top frag and others they bottom frag? (Diamond 2)

Crazy to me. Must be just the playstyle of the other team just happens to work in your favor or not? Want to see if anyone has any advice on this. For context I'm Diamond 2.

I get more frustrated at my aim training than in my ranked games

I hate getting a score of 14 on medium bots after training for over a month, and consistently getting under 20. It feels like I'm doing something wrong and just wasting my time
