Anyone experienced all teammates disconnect except for yourself?

So, I've been playing comp with randoms and the last round of the match, all of my teammates suddenly disconnect except for myself and some opponent team. anyone experiencing the same issue?

Why are ranked matches shut off whenever a new act is introduced?

I’m genuinely curious about that, but couldn’t find any actual answer. Every time there’s a new act, ranked matches are temporarily disabled. Why is that?
