Anyone know the crosshair settings for Ethos in this video?

I tried !crosshair in his Twitch chat but it's older settings.

This crosshair is super clean imo and I wanted to try it out. Couldn't seem to get it messing around in the firing range. Anyone know?

Got the maximum possible amount of XP from this game

Screenshot [here](https://imgur.com/a/I422rl9). Played exactly one game of unrated today and the stars aligned. Technically if you played a really long ranked game you'd get more XP, but I still think this is pretty neat.
