I’ve been having crazy lag spikes recently despite having a very good computer, and it was really noticeable when I moved my mouse quickly or shook my mouse around, where my frames would be at 250, quickly drop to 100 and back to 250 very fast. After tons of searching I found a potential fix to drop your polling rate from 1000 to 500 and it seems to have worked wonders for me. Moving my mouse is now extremely smooth, despite how backwards it sounds.
