we all got logged out and now we aren't able to log back in, according to my friend before getting logged out, the enemy team also got logged out.is this like a worldwide problem?

EDIT 2: seems like it's not regional but worldwide and NA is just sleeping so we see no report from them

Is it normal for new accounts (~lvl 5) to play against last season Immortal? He had an immortal gun buddy for season 3, dropped over 40 kills. I’d say it was definitely not a purchased account.
