I went to go get the Forsaken Vandal on my account and had accidentally bought the Spectre because the small images looked the same. In other games it takes like 2 weeks to refund unused content. But I just had to sign in and, within seconds, it was refunded

Why is RR calculation so screwed?
I mvped won 13-8 and went 26/16/8 and gained 21 rr but a few games ago I lost 13-10 going 12/14/7 and lost 22 rr. It feel like I should have gotten more for my wins and less for my losses, why is this?
