I was watching this video and it seems like Noted uses a mouse acceleration software. Around Act 1 and 2 I heard that they're banable but I'm not sure if they still are. Does anyone have any clarification on this?

tips to win more gunfights
hi looking for some things u learnt that helped u win more gunfights as u played the game more. less common tips that not everybody may know dont need to be told "crosshair placement" or "hit heads" for the 100th time
