I was watching this video and it seems like Noted uses a mouse acceleration software. Around Act 1 and 2 I heard that they're banable but I'm not sure if they still are. Does anyone have any clarification on this?

Can't see all chat
I havent been able to see what the enemy players type in all chat for some weeks now, ive looked through all the settings but couldnt find anything. Help

What rank is average?
What rank means someone is completely average. I know the statistical average is silver 2, but I feel like alts and occasional players skew it too right and silvers are below average. Maybe Gold 1 or 2?
