I just was playing aimlabs doing the VCT routine and there was a task where your slow zipping on a on icebox and my bullets were accurate. Is this so true in game? Cuz if so I've been playing for a while and did not know this

Riot annulled its decision to let Jay compete, what does this mean for Sinatraa? Will he comply with the investigation this time or just refuse to do so like he did last time which brings us back to square 1?
