Are the Devs even working on improving the peekers advantage?

Feels like when an enemy peeks you, they already shot u 5 times when you're just processing whats happening infront of you? playing deathmatch is so bad too mixing this horrible peekers advantage and the atrocious running accuracy. Devs?

Harbour vs Viper

So I’m in an argument with my friend, he swears that Harbour will “replace” Viper, and I disagree as I don’t believe Harbour is will be as useful as Viper… What are your thoughts on this?
