Are EU players abusing their ping?

Recently there has been a lot of EU players in NA playing with the ping of 120-150. Not to say that they are god like but their ping makes it seem as if they have walls or something. I’m just concerned that’s all

Hello, is there a page of the best players/streamers with a certain agent? I would like for example to start playing Viper and I would like to see good pro players/streamers playing it.
