Not sure if this is right sub to post this, but it is related to VALO, so...
Lately, I've noticed that my bicep and wrists tend to hurt when I play VALORANT. Anyone know why that's happening? Could it be something about my aiming mechanics that's messing up my arm? Help would be appreciated.
