This has happened quite a few times before where you’re loading into a game and the game just sends you back to the lobby before the game finishes loading, any explanation to it?

A win for Omen coming in 4.03 [improvements to the teleport mechanics, active in PBE right now]
Putting this under discussion since its patch notes rather than official news.
In my post a few months ago I highlighted how Omen's current teleport mechanics do not function as intended and frequently teleport you to a different location...
