I lose most of my matches where I get matched with people who are a premade team. Not only do they usually only comm in their discord (I hope), some are just straight up rude to you since you're not in their friend group. So I'm often just talking to myself in game and some people have just told me to shut up, so I tell them to mute me.

Not only that but it often creates situations where theres an even larger skill disparity. It seems like it's harder for the matchmaking to balance games. I'm Silver 3 and played a game where we had an iron 3 and a gold within the same lobby, respect to the iron player he actually top fragged and communicated.

There isn't an easy solution here since a 4 stack will need a 5th random to even play the game but I almost wish there was an option to opt out of filling in that case. Maybe I have just been unlucky in my matchmaking but I'm nearing the point where I'm going to start dodging if I find out my team is a premade.
