My friend is a big fans of Astra and he used her so much and finally he want to do commission with me to draw Astra. It was such a fun project since I rarely use her but I may now knowing her more bcs of this project xD

What if Cypher's ult disables enemy's active utility?
I just mean Cypher ult disables enemy Tripwires, Alarmbots, Cameras, etc, but doesn't suppress the agent themselves.
Sort of an anti-Sentinel Sentinel agent. Would make his lurks and aggressive plays more optimal and deadly.
