All I see is my teammates either just run it down or bait each other. I main cypher and on defence I put setup on a site and wait for them to enter but before that most times than not my team just peek and die leaving me in an unfavorable round. This makes me rage so hard sometimes. Also during attack players a lot of times don't even utilities and just run in dry. So my question is at what rank can I expect teamplay? I'm diamond btw.
