Hey guys,

So apparently I’ve been banned from Valorant. Ill start this out by saying I don’t even download music on this computer because it’s the computer I use for work and would rather not get viruses.

Anyway, I haven’t played since New World released but tonight I thought “hell I’ll play some Valorant before bed”. So I download whatever updates are needed and go to sign in. Just to be met with a message that I’ve been banned for “blatantly” using third party programs.

So naturally I go to the Riot webpage to try and contact support. When I go to login I am met with a two-factor authentication to an email “glo******@yan***.ru.” My already set up two-factor was to a gmail account…..

I contacted support and explained all of this. My question are

A. Has this happened to anyone on here? And what’s the the probable result? As I’ve spent quite a bit of $$$ between Valorant and TFT.

B. HOW did my two-factor email get changed without even receiving a verification email? I don’t have any email of any account sign-ins, information changes, or being banned.

C. I’m a weirdo and use quite literally a different password for virtually everything that requires one. Did Riot have a security breach?
