Within each battle passes, we usually have 3 skin lines - most of which will occupy around 80% of our weapon pool with certain weapons left behind. However, the main reason for us to buy battle passes is for the radianites instead of the collectibles (thus far, we don't have Ruin-level skin lines from battle passes). Most of the skin lines are now left cluttering our collection.

I think battle passes should just have 2 (two) skinlines so we can have more radianites or other collectibles. This is better than having more skins that will never be used at all since they are just too ugly to be used. As each battle pass, we always have one "Signature" skinlines which usually contains model modifications or variants, and the battle pass' melee. The rest 2 usually contains overlays over standard skins which to be honest rarely leave an impression on the users. Example of the last few battle passes (bolded ones are signatures):

Act 4:

Episode 1 - Velocity, Schema, Hydropip

Episode 2 - Lycan's' Bane, Striker, Divine Swine

Episode 3 - .SYS, Coalition Cobra, Hue Shift

Act 5:

Episode 1 - Task Force 809, Shimmer, Spitfire

Episode 2 - Piedra del Sol, Immortalized, Premier Collision

Episode 3 - Iridian Thorn, Starlit Odyssey, Rune Stone

Act 6:

Episode 1 - Venturi, 9 Lives, Gridcrash

Of all those skin lines, we can agree that the best one is Velocity. The karambit, the variants (no other premium skins have that in 2022), and the unique gun shape with that circle ADS definitely make the best skinline in 2022.

I think, it's safe to say that instead of 3 skinlines - better for the collectibility aspect to reduce it to 2 while also ensuring that the 2 skinlines are of better quality than the usual formula of 1 signature plus 2 filler skinlines (which usually contains variants). That way perhaps we can have more radianites or another type of goodies. Who needs filler skinlines if you have the premium ones you purchased from bundles or Night Markets?
