So recently i ranked up from b2 to s3 mostly because of the improvement in my aim and crosshair placement but i fell that i cant rank anymore because i don't play good with me team(i am the problem) i can win a 1v1 and had a lot of clutches.

Of course i give callouts and not being toxic but other then that what can I do to be a better teammate? here is a vid from 3 games(i am playing mostly Sage > Phoenix > Omen)
