Anyone facing jumpy lag in game? Like your graphic card display you're getting the right frames but the game is like skipping half a second worths frames. Noticed this especially on laptops

i had this problem for over a week can someone help me pls i have a tournament in 2 days and idk what to do because it just wont start. Im hopeless
