Being a girl in the Val community

Does anyone else experience this and how do you deal with it?

I'm Iron and always play with my mic on. Literally every time I get on I am sexually harassed. Sometimes it's 1 or 2 sayings, other times it's the whole match. If I'm not sexually harassed I'm singled out and teased (friendly fire, trick plays, ignored, etc).

Is this because I'm low rank and play with noobs (lack of a better term) or is Val always like this?

I wanna mention that I never get on looking for a fight, I really enjoy games where everyone is chill and just hanging out encouraging each other.

EDIT: I will start muting quicker. I love Val because of the importance of comms but women should not be suppressed into muting themselves all match.

Great suggestion was to join Galorants discord!! If you're interested too I thought I'd add it in the post

Another edit: I've seen some disturbing comments posted here like "women are generally bad so if you see 2+ women in a lobby you should dodge" or "valorant isn't for girls" or "i tend to mute females because they talk too much". I think some of these got deleted but I also want to post them here as proof that at least some men have these attitudes. Valorant should be able to be enjoyed by everyone.
