Best Initiator?

I don't play many Initiators, as I used to be an Omen main. However, since becoming a Flex player, I tend to play Fade the most, then second pick would probably be Kayo or Breach.

How do some people play comp for long periods and not want to break something?

I’m currently plat 3 I have been for 1 week and it’s win lose win lose, lose lose lose, win win win and the teammates are so hit or miss. Am I missing something? Is p3 not a serious rank?
