I was watching a Teaching Valo stream and in the POV of the one being coached, they had this dot on top of everyone's heads and I wanted to have that too since I'm also learning but I cant find it in the settings, where is it??

I was playing 8:55 pm est and my team chat wasnt working. I thought my V button was broken so i changed it to H and it still didnt work. I asked in all chat and everybody agreed. This a problem for anyone else? edit: my party chat is no lo...
