Best warmup routine to improve?

I want o become better at aiming and how to carry my games but I can’t seem to have a consistent aim.

Silver 2 being matched with Diamond 2’s

Why is this allowed? My lobby is silver 1-3 on my side of the team yet the opponent’s side will have current D2’s, having peaked ascendant 2. Why?
