(for context, i'm a viper main and have never played breach)
Breach to me just seems like a very weird power balance. On one hand players who are new to Breach seem useless, but players who know how to play him seem unbeatable. Honestly pretty cool imo.
Was wondering if anyone else felt the same.
Edit: Thank you all so much for the post blowing up!!! My karma increased 3x in the last 24 hours, lol.

Played exactly one game of unrated today and the stars aligned. Technically if you played a really long ranked game you'd get more XP, but I still think this is pretty neat.
