Breach is the only initiator who does not have an ability that can get info . Litterally every initiator except him at least has an E that gets info . To make it worse kay/o's ult even gives him info when he is downed near an enemy so technically all initiators have two abilities to get info meanwhile breach has none . If skye's dog tells you someone gets stunned when the dog bites you then it would also make sense that breach's stun should do the same . Not only does breach have one of the lowest pickrates of all time but doesnt have a way to get reliable info . Riot you gotta add this no matter what
