Breach is the only initiator that doesn’t alert your team when they’re main rechargeable ability affects an enemy. Skye says blinded, fade says marked and how many, Kay/0 knife will tell the team who has no abilities. This is one of the main reasons I think Breach is seen as a lower-tier agent. If they added that to his kit he would give information at the rate as the other initiators.

Edit: A lot of people have pointed out that an initiators main role isn't to gather info but to push defenders out of their positioning. Breach does do this well with his aftershock, blinds, and concuss. Yet, Breach right now has the 3rd lowest pick rate in the game. The only map he is played on consistently is fracture which is getting changes that are already on the PTB. After these changes Breach will see a definite decrease in play. I do believe still that a small voice line similar to Skye's would be beneficial to Breach without making him op. It just adds to the use of his concuss and allows him to be able to stand on his own slightly more.
