Here's my thoughts on my rank. I don't care if I win or lose. It doesn't matter in rank imo. If you win you get somewhere between 10-27 rr in my experience. If you lose, you'll lose a similar amount. A rank requires 4-6 wins with this idea. That's a lot of games won. If you win a b2 game 15-13, then I'd everyone on both teams completely deserves their rank, because no one was able to shift the tides of the game. So everyone in that lobby is probably going to stay b2 for a little while until they can get better. That's why I don't care if I win or lose. I know I won't rank up until I can get better, so until then, I'm just practicing. If you are stuck at your rank, you aren't good enough for the next one.
