Buddy on melee?

So I realized today I had a buddy on my melee, I don't know how I managed to put it and was wondering if any of you guys know what happened / have the same thing?

Chat’s so far behind wtf?

Hi every1 anyone know why my chat is so far behind? Like i something and it delays it like after 5-10 mins finally it’ll pop up any idea/fixes why/how? I play on SEA anyone else facing this problem?
