BUILD-AN-AGENT

A draft-selection agent-building game mode for Valorant.

This game mode will function the same as swiftplay, except players will load in with random agents similar to Deathmatch, building an agent ability-by-ability each round.

During the start of each round, players will get 10 seconds of pre-round time added to select one ability of 3 random abilities corresponding with an agent type. For example, you load in as Jett (not very important) and are given the choice between three abilities:

First Round: Any Controller Ability, Any Duelist Ability, Any Sentinel Ability

The chosen ability will be assigned to 'E' or the custom mapping for the default 'E' bind. All ability choices are assigned to this bind by default so it isn't confusing to the player. Let's pretend these choices were given:

1. Omen Smoke
2. Jett Dash
3. Chamber Teleport

The round plays out as normal, except all agents only have one single ability that they've chosen. This is the ultimate pistol round!

Note: Any agents that had the choice for Reyna's dismissal or heal will not pick an ability the next round and be given both the heal and dismissal in place of an ability next round. If Reyna's 'E' or 'Q' was not offered this round, it will not be offered later.

Second Round: Initiator Ability, Sentinel Ability, Duelist Ability

The chosen ability will be assigned to 'Q'. Let's pretend these choices were given:

1. Breach Flash
2. Cypher Cage
3. Yoru Flash

The round plays out as normal, except all agents only have two abilities that they've chosen.

Third Round: Controller Ability, Initiator Ability, Sentinel Ability

The chosen ability will be assigned to 'C'. Let's pretend these choices were given:

1. Killjoy Alarm Bot
2. Sova Drone
3. Omen Teleport

The round plays out as normal, except all agents only have three abilities that they've chosen.

Round Four, the Ultimate Choice: Duelist Ultimate, Random Ultimate, Random Ultimate

Since Duelists have, arguably, some of the best ults in the game, I feel that at least one should be offered. The other two choices should be ultimates from any other agents, which can also include duelists. Let's pretend these choices were given:

1. Reyna Ultimate
2. Cypher Ultimate
3. Sova Ultimate
