It was nice having you in the meta for a bit.
Reducing his stims to one, instead of redeploying his cooldown takes him down a notch imo. The speed buffs where a good reason to pick him and saved my behind a few times in clutches. Now, he'll be the weird pick again

My first cosplay (low budget) for "Favourite Fictional Character Day" at my college :) Don't mind the bunch of tapes everywhere because the costume couldn't last the entire day at college and kept falling apart :') I also edited this myself
