If you ever have a toxic player in ur team, and he/she aint being toxic towards you, doesnt mean that you cant call out to them to stop.

In my lobby (silver, Mumbai server), ppl bottom fragging are mostly given flames by top fraggers. I am mostly mid fragging or sometimes even top fragging. If someone's being toxic to a bottom fragger, I usually call out to them to calm down, as this will ruin both of yours mood and affect the whole team.

Sometimes, the toxic player actually calms down and the team performs, quite better. Other times, the toxic player just ignores me or starts flamming me as well. But, since I supported the one getting abused, he starts supporting me as well. And its not long before all the 4 guys go against the toxic player.

The player if a bit sensible, stops talking completly and plays or tries to throw the game. If he starts throwing, the other ppl just starts being toxic towards him ( this doesnt make sense and this is litreally the opposite of what I inteded). Then the toxic person mostly goes afk.

If everybody started calling out to these toxic ppl, eventually the avg toxicity will dec. Also, if everybody starts doing this, maybe someone will call out the person who is being toxic towards you. as well.

I know this actually happening is a long shot, but still worth a try!
