Can we all agree that 2 or more leavers and losing shouldn't lose rank rating?

I played a game of ranked where 1 of my teammates was trolling/nading us which caused my other 2 teammates to leave. Why am I still getting deducted rank rating over that shit?

What is happening ?

This is the second time more than half of my lobby got kicked out of the server due to network issue and now due to riots strict rules I get a queue ban which I don't deserve.
