Case in point, Pearl's A main stairs. It functions entirely like a ramp for movement's sake, but it is impossible to accurately shoot any util on it since it just bounces off of the stair geometry. And it's the most important place to shoot mollys (and throw viper's smoke orbs, which also bounce off).
Visually stairs are cool! But can they please be ramps, at least as far as the physics engine goes.
edit: By being ramps as far as the physics engine goes, I am saying it should stay visually as stairs
