Not sure why this needs to be said. Not using voice is frustrating, but not even being able to type is beyond stupid and unacceptable for ranked play. Now yes you can just join their party, but not once have I joined and not been abused within 20 seconds (duh they're banned for a reason). Heroes of the storm had a good system, you'd be 'silenced' and not allowed to chat or play ranked. Additionally, the duration would be doubled every time you got banned. I think it'd be good to adapt it to valorant.
