Do I have any hope of beating really good players playing on really good pcs if I play on 60 fps? Im still learning but sometimes I feel as though my laptop is limiting my gameplay massively and I cant be as good as the pros. Thoughts?

Agents voice lines delayed
Basically the title. The voice lines are delayed af , once the enemy team had a breach and he used his ult after 5 sec he yells LETSSS GOOO like wtf , even the sound of dying and getting hit , like the "ugh" that omen makes when he gets hit...

When will developers take action with bullies/harassment type of players?
I encountered a team mate that’s making fun of my accent by mimicking and saying I’m an “R” slur. It’s making people insecure to talk in game and making the game less fun.
