Hello, recently I have been trying some new crosshairs and it never looks like the image. Did I screw the settings up?

Am I the only one whose Game isn't updating to patch 3.10?
I really want to play chamber but my valo just isn't updating. This kind of sucks since the patch was supposed to be there about an hour ago.
