Recently i was having less fun with Viper and decided to change for another agent and i fell for Cypher but all my friend said that he is a shitty character and that is better to use viper? I started the game a week and really want to put investissement in this game

Small possible change to Phoenix
When Phoenix dies with shield in his ult, it gets rid of the armor and spawns him with 100 hp. Would spawning him again with the same amount of shield when he first ulted be a good change? Not sure if this has been posted yet
