Can we have the option to create profiles for different crosshair settings?

Sometimes I like to switch my crosshair settings from a dot to cross and vice versa so an option to save it as different profiles would be really helpful.

Is it possible to find full videos of individual pro players' (with comms and everything) from tournaments? We see good plays they make etc. but I want to see raw footage to see how they are thinking/communicating with their teams to unders...
