I had played 4 games of Pearl since it was added to ranked. I have minimum of 2 teammates in a diamond lobby who do not know callouts for the map and it caused us multiple rounds and it got really frustrating not just for us but also for them who constantly complains about the new map being shit or whatever they have said after I muted them.

So can we give players who don't even dare learn a new map during its release a system notice that they have 0 experience on a new map that was currently added to the ranked map pool that says "Hey you didn't play the new map, do you want us to put you on an unrated queue with a high chance of getting the new map?" or something.

Or can we get something like an in-game reward for playing X amount of games on the new map during the first 2 weeks so people are incentivized to play the new map and once it gets added to the ranked map pool then at least most people know the map and I don't have to listen to stupid comms like "where the fuck is art and secret?!" called out by our team.
