Basically the title. I’ve had this question in my head ever since I started watching pro play. I’ll give a hypothetical example. Team X plays against Team Y and it’s 6-2 for Team X. Looks like the half will end 10-2 no problem. But Team Y takes a measly 1m timeout and all of a sudden Team X loses all their momentum and half ends 6-6. Like what happens in that one minute that apparently buffs the team that takes the timeout?
