Can someone explain why I only got +11?

I'm still a new player to Valorant and not very good but I just had my best game ever and I only got +11 when I get more for normal wins where I go even. Can anyone explain why?

Does unrated scale with comp?

Title is self-explanatory. As I’ve progressed through my months playing comp, the unrated experience seem to have scaled with it. I’ve also seen far higher act gun buddies as well.
