How can a Gold player play with a Radiant? I suppose it is related to the MMR but this is absurd. I don't think the Radiant has a ridiculously low MMR.

Highest HS% You've Seen?
Just played against a Reyna that got a 5.0 KD and 44% HS%. Checked their tracker.gg and they've had 30+% HS% across all their past games and even had one that was 50%. Is this normal? For ref, this player is rated high plat/low diamond.
