Can someone explain my stats and its inconsistency?

I was checking my stats randomly and noticed that I have bottom 17% dmg/round, the bottom 24% KD, bottom 40% headshot rate, yet I was top 36% in win rate. What does this mean? How can I improve?

Can someone tell me more about the lore?

All i know is radiant exploded and valorant tries to destroy radiant. But whenever for example viper and sage talks about a deal sage offered to her i get confused.
