I hit gold E4 A2, and maintained gold in E4A3. In E5A1 I had amazing placement matches, MVPing for like 3 or 4 /5 of those matches. I was placed S2, and after that the first few matches I played went terrible (I was trash), but now i can't seem to get out of S2 no matter how well I play. I was either team MVP or Match MVP 7 times in the last 10 games. I either get a few teammates who don't trade, or peek with me, or I just get straight of AFK players. What do I do? How could I climb back up to gold?

Suggestion: People who create names with hate speech or racist terms, or those who use them repeatedly in game chat, should be hardware banned for life.
Right now I don't think this is explicitly spelled out in the things that can get you banned. Personally I think the language should be super clear for everyone, and this should be a zero tolerance policy.

If a player is better than their friend group, how should they get higher-skilled teammates for Comp?
I've seen people on my friends list that are good individually but they struggle to win with their team.
Upon further review, their friends are notably worse than they are. They top frag many games but lose often.
What are effective ways...
