i was streaming a game yesterday and the game ended on a win i was supposed to be silver 3 with that win but the next screen ended with "Match details are loading" or something along those lines i lost the next games making me grind more...

I'm hard-stuck Silver for the past 2 acts and I've not gotten better nor have I gotten worse. Basically there's no development. I think my game sense is okay and my player predictions are not bad either. It's just that my aim is what's hold...
