Pretty much what the title says. If we are able to see whether our allies have their abilities ready or not, why can't they also add a timer to those abilities that refill with time (mainly Sage's heal, KJ's turret, Omen's smokes, etc). I don't see the tactic purpose of not being able to see the timer. It's the same as asking, I know, but we can avoid the "how long for your ☆insert ability☆?" (Mainly thought for Sage mains).
