Can't aim for sh**

Hey,

So i am a new Valorant player, but struggle heavily with hitting HS or getting kills.

Its feels like i just can't aim for their head. When i do, im already dead. And the recoil is so weird. I know i am new and bad at this, but this is so weird.

I need a good aimlabs routine...

I play ranked a lot and recently a lot of red carpet and most definitely not bottom frag i need a good aimlab routine which is around 30 min to cover all scenarios or things that will help me get good aim.
