I somehow peaked diamond 1 just under a week ago (now fell back to p3), but it feels like my skills are diminishing. I have played a bunch of dms daily since (like 15-20) and my crosshair placement is about 80% of time solid, but unless I'm standing still I tend to shoot before stopping which leads me to miss the first bullet and then panic spray or try to adjust back on to target. I don't want to keep playing ranked as my confidence is shot, unranked is an option but I feel like dms are the best place to practice this. Whenever I play asc/imm people in dms it seems like they can peak and shoot before I get a chance to stop. How do I practice this? I feel like my right hand reacts before my left hand. Not sure how to get them in sync. I have the little graph in the right that shows when I'm moving while shooting but I just can't find the sweet spot between stopping and shooting, especially if I start to add strafing.
